Fall Workshop: Composting for Kids Ages 3-17

Families will explore the science of decomposition through hands-on activities, including using magnifying glasses to examine a compost pile and building a take-home compost kit. Children will learn how plants get the nutrients they need to grow, with guidance from a horticulture expert.
