Halloween Costume Giveaway

Families can visit the New Castle Public Library to select a free Halloween costume from a collection of new and gently used options available in sizes for infants through adults. Participants must be present to choose a costume, and admission is on a rolling basis as others finish and exit. Light refreshments are provided while waiting.
