Our take
The B.Y.O.D. option is the more unusual one - a private screening room for your own movie, game console, or presentation, not just a buyout of someone else's showtime.
What the provider publishes
- The B.Y.O.D. Party ($395) gives private use of a room with a 10-foot screen, theater seating for 48, and private restrooms, for up to 100 guests, typically Saturdays/Sundays 1:00-4:00 PM.
- The After Show Celebration ($195) uses the party room for one hour after a public matinee; tickets and concessions are bought separately from the general public on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A $100 non-refundable deposit, paid in person, is required to hold either package, and the balance is due by noon on the day of the party.
Food & cake
The B.Y.O.D. Party includes one jumbo bag of popcorn (individual servings not included) and complimentary cooler ice. The After Show Celebration does not include tickets or concessions - those are purchased separately. Food from outside the theater is not permitted in the auditoriums.
Setup & cleanup
Host setup begins at noon for both packages. Use of audio/video equipment in the party room beyond your own devices is not included.
Booking timing
A $100 non-refundable deposit, paid in person, is required to hold a date - dates aren't held without it. For the After Show package, feature availability and showtimes may not be confirmed until 2 weeks before the event.
